CONDITIONS: Given a Panasonic CF-33 Toughbook, AN/PRC-160 High Frequency Radio, and RQ-28 drone footage
STANDARDS: Teams will observe the drone footage without manipulation as it represents a live feed and report the vehicle nomenclature, number of vehicles, and activity incorrectly formatted Boris report in the fastest time possible.
